I think my strict yet fair daddy has been reading Perverted Parenting
Magazine again. He seems to be following all these guidelines.

Five Suggestions from an Experienced PPM Subscriber.
1) Have your naughty little girl or boy keep a journal of their
potty habits. Rewards, such as extra tushy cream, or Beef Jerky
treat, can be given if the diary is kept each day, and punishments
can be given for missed entries. The first sign of future trouble
(ie: constipation) can often be found in lackadaisical potty report
journal entries. Look for entries that are too short or seem repetitive.
These sorts of entries can hint at problems that need to be addressed
with eye contact and direct questioning and probative action.
Each experience on the potty should be unique and exciting and
this excitement should be reflected each day in your naughty son
or daughter's journal entries.
2) Keep them guessing. Don't just spank every time they do something
naughty, come up with new discipline methods to catch them off-guard
and keep them in line. Instead of just spanking, try to vary punishments.
Insert a butt plug in their tight bottom muscle, smear Vicks Vapor
Rub on their naughty bottom hole, or have them write an embarrassing
post to the newsgroup to watch them squirm.
3) Give them a sense of security. A soft stuffed animal can be
something they snuggle with at night when you aren't there to
sniff and hug. Remind your naughty girl or boy that you will always
be there for them, and that you punish them because you love them.
Remind them that you spank them HARD because you care. Make sure
they understand that they are fortunate to have someone taking
the time and energy to make it so they can't sit down for a week
...or two.
4) Naughty-ones tend to be sneaky, so afford them no privacy.
They need to understand that at any moment, they can be upended
and have their bottom cheeks spread wide and their bummy holes
inspected with a well lubed Vaseline coated index finger. This
attention, despite what the judge and jury might say, makes them
feel cherished.
5) Plan special punishment sessions, and make those events to
remember. A nightly spanking is a good thing, but make sure there
are special occasions where more severe discipline takes place.
Plan special fun bonding times with enemas and new implements.
Have your naughty-one keep a record of misdeeds that can be wiped
clean at some future date. This will keep their adrenaline pumping,
and their eyes sparkling with respect and maintain a healthy atmosphere
of dread.
